As part of the trial edition, we have uploaded "Soba for Beginners: Kiippon (Yuzu-kiri) 200g" for your enjoyment. Kiippon, which is not easily available even at soba restaurants, can be deliciously prepared in small quantities. Why not give it a try and challenge yourselves, too!
