利用規約／Terms of Use

本規約は、Hiro蕎麦KITCHEN（以下、「当教室」といいます。）が運営する手打ちそばの料理講習（以下、「レッスン」といいます。）およびホームページ等で提供する各種情報の利用においてレッスンの受講者の方に適用され、守っていただく項目となります。ご了承の上、レッスンのお申し込みをお願いいたします。

＜レッスン前＞

 申込時の注意事項 

・12歳以上（小学6年生）の方は年齢を問わず、受講いただけます。

・そば・小麦のアレルギーをお持ちの方は受講できません。

・その他食品アレルギーのある方は、事前に必ずご相談ください。

キャンセルの方法 

・レッスンをキャンセルされる場合は、できるだけ早くホームページ上の「問い合わせ先」よりその旨をご連絡ください。

レッスンの取り⽌め 

・気象警報等の発令や地震の発生等に伴いレッスンを中⽌させていただく場合があります。その場合、ご予約の⽅へメールにてその旨を連絡させていただきます。 

 

＜レッスン当日＞

来場について

・レッスン開始時間の15分前から入室可能です。

・駐車スペースが1台分ありますのでご利用ください。

・飲み物の持ち込みは可です（運転する方のアルコール飲酒はお断りします）。

レッスン料のお支払いについて 

・受講後、現⾦のみでのお⽀払いとなります。 

レッスン時の服装等について

・受講者にエプロン・頭巾・はき物をご用意しますが、動きやすい服装でお越しください。

・そばを作る際には、衛生上の理由から指輪は外していただきます。

・爪が長い場合そばをうまく作ることができませんので、切っていただくことを推奨します。

・レッスン前に十分な手洗い（20秒）を行っていただきます。

施設利用上の注意点

・施設内は全面禁煙です。

・階段使用時の転倒に十分ご注意ください。

撮影について 

・撮影されたい時は、必ず主催者にお声がけをお願いいたします。 

レッスン中のケガ等の事故について

・レッスン中、包丁によるけやそばを茹でる際のやけどに十分ご注意ください。教室内で発生したケガや事故による損害は、明らかに当教室の過失による場合を除き責任を負いかねます。

そばのお持ち帰りについて

・受講者のご希望でそばをお持ち帰りいただく場合は、保冷剤の入った保冷箱（袋）に入れ冷蔵の温度帯を保つようにしてください。帰宅後は直ちに冷蔵庫に保管し、翌日中に食べるようにしてください。食中毒等万が一のトラブルに対して当教室は一切の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

 

＜その他＞

個⼈情報のお取り扱い 

・個⼈情報は教室運営⽬的以外の利⽤や第三者に提供することはありません。 

レシピ・配布物について

・お渡しするレシピや配布物を無断で複写・複製（コピー）すること、また、無断でホームページ、ブログ、SNS 等に掲載することは禁⽌いたします。

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to participants of the soba noodle cooking lessons (referred to as "lessons") and various information provided by Hiro Soba KITCHEN (hereinafter referred to as "our classroom") on the website. Please read and comply with these terms before applying for a lesson.

Before the Lesson:

Notes at the Time of Application

  • Individuals aged 12 and above (6th grade of elementary school and older) can participate regardless of age.
  • Individuals with allergies to soba or wheat cannot participate.
  • If you have other food allergies, please consult with us in advance.

Cancellation Method

  • In case of canceling the lesson, please contact us as soon as possible via the "Contact" section on the website.

Cancellation of the Lesson

  • The lesson may be canceled due to weather warnings, earthquakes, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will notify the reserved participants by email.

On the Day of the Lesson:

Arrival

  • You can enter the room 15 minutes before the lesson starts.
  • There is parking space for one car. Please use it if needed.
  • You can bring your own drink (alcohol consumption for those who will drive is not allowed).

Payment for the Lesson

  • Payment is in cash only after the lesson.

Dress Code for the Lesson

  • We provide aprons, head coverings, and footwear for participants. Please come in comfortable clothing.
  • For hygiene reasons, please remove rings when making soba.
  • If your nails are long, we recommend trimming them, as it may be difficult to make soba.
  • Before the lesson, please thoroughly wash your hands (for 20 seconds).

Facility Usage Guidelines

  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.
  • Please be cautious of falling when using stairs.

Photography

  • If you wish to take photos, please always ask the organizer for permission.

Accidents During the Lesson

  • During the lesson, please be careful of injuries caused by knives and burns when boiling .We are not responsible for damages resulting from accidents or injuries that occur in the classroom, except in cases clearly caused by the classroom's negligence.

Taking Soba Home

  • If you wish to take soba home, please put it in a cooler box (bag) with an ice pack to maintain the refrigeration temperature. Store it in the refrigerator immediately after returning home and consume it the next day. Please note that we are not responsible for any food poisoning or issues; consume the soba at your own risk.

Handling of Personal Information

  • Personal information will not be used for purposes other than classroom operations or provided to third parties.

Recipes and Handouts

  • Copying or reproducing the recipes and handouts provided without permission is prohibited. Posting them on websites, blogs, or social media without permission is also prohibited.
